PUR elastomer plates and sections

We manufacture plates whose dimensions meet our Customer’s requirements.

We made them, using the PUR elastomer with a hardness from 65 to 95 ShA.

This material is flexible and extremely resistant to abrasion (as per the comparative research conducted by the Polymer Materials Department, the Institute of Materials Science of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin – the reports dated 12 April 2006 and 01 December 2009). This material has the same quality and abrasion parameters as the materials manufactured by the leading German company PTW.

For areas with gas or dust explosive atmospheres, we provide the special material designed for using in the ATEX zones (certificate No B/1511/II/2009 issued by the Central Mining Institute that authorises the material to be applied in equipment used in underground excavations of mines).
