Dump station sealing systems

The 2W-Ś double-lip sealing bars are designed for sealing places where sides of the dumping system contact the belt of the upper strand of the receiving conveyor. The 2W-Ś sealing bar comprises a vertical board (preliminary sealing) and a flexible sealing lip. The sealing system is recommended during strong dust emissions. The 2W-S double-lip sealing system is applied during transport at a speed of the belt equaling to 6,5 m/s.

The 2W-Ś sealing bars are manufactured in sections of 1500 mm. They are assembled with the use of butt joints.

It prevents any material losses and dusting raw materials outside.
It ensures a low friction co-efficient of the polymer on the rubber belt of the conveyor.
It has the polymer’s high wear resistance.
It ensures a flexible and elastic adaption of the sealing lip to the uneven belt.
It may be used with used belts and joined with metal fastenings.
It may be used in reverse conveyors.
It meets the safety requirements set forth in the ATEX Directive.
