The ZCB-C-type scraper cleaning the pulley’s steel jacket is designed for cleaning pulleys’ steel jackets (bend and guiding pulleys, loading mechanism) from the adhered load.

The ZCB-C-type scraper cleaning the pulley’s steel jacket is manufactured for belts Bt=500 – 1600 mm. The ZCB-C-type scraper is manufactured with the use of sub-assemblies of ZC-1 “Prestige” and has spring tensioners.

Use

It is designed for cleaning the pulley’s steel jackets.
It is designed for one-way and reverse operation.
It is designed for belts operating at a speed up to 3.15 m/s.
It is designed for dump pulleys with a dimension up to 630 mm.

Equipment characteristics (essential design features)

ZCB-C is based on sub-assemblies of the front ZC-1 “Prestige” scraper. It has specially profiled putty components with directional (left and right) ribs. This rib ensures that pulp separated from the pulley surface is thrown sideways. The putty components are permanently pressed by spring tensioners to the pulley’s jacket surface.
