The ZPR-1-MINI “Prestige”-type lower-unit scraper is designed for the main clearance of the load residues from the belt behind / under the dump pulley or in any place on the conveyor tracking.

The ZPR-1-MINI “Prestige”-type lower-unit scrapers are manufactured for belts Bt=500 – 1200 mm, in the version with two (two-side) spring tensioners.

In order to minimise the scraper size, there were removed elastomeric (cushions) segments, and plates with tungsten carbide are fixed to handlers of the load-bearing beam.

Equipment characteristics (essential design features)

Spring tensioners with the bearing ensure the transfer of the entire spring force to scrapers’ blades and the dynamic press of the blades to the belt during the operation!
Covered spring tensioners.
Scrapers made of tungsten carbide directly fixed to handlers of the load-bearing beam.
The scraper’s dimensions ensure the optimal width of the clearing zone.
Easy-to-change scrapers – only tungsten carbide caps are replaced.
Articulated joints enable the linear setting of scrapers to the belt.
Revolving joints precisely set blades at 90^ºto the belt (or other angles).
Telescopic arms that facilitate the adjustment of the scraper to the pulley substructure and that simplify the assembly process.
The universal mounting system that enables the scraper to be assembled quickly and firmly.
The steel structure is sand-blasted and powder painted (RAL colour) or hot-dip galvanized.
The scraper does not require any constant control (periodical controls conducted at the plant every 2-3 months).
