The lower-unit mono-block scrapers, ZPL-2 MAX “Prestige”– heavy type, are used to clean the belt from the load residues behind / under the dump pulley or in any place on the conveyor tracking. The ZPL-2 MAX “Prestige”- heavy type scrapers are applied in extremely heavy duty services, especially when the belt’s speed exceeds 3.15 m/s and load is very abrasive and highly granulated.

The lower-unit mono-block scrapers, ZPL-2 MAX “Prestige”-type, are manufactured for belts Bt=1200 – 2000 mm, in the version with two (two-side) spring tensioners.

Use

It is designed for cleaning the belt under / behind the conveyor’s dump pulley.
It is designed for one-way and reverse operation.
It is designed for very used belts.
It is designed for belts joined with metal fasteners.
It is designed for belts operating at a speed up to 3.15 m/s.
It is designed for cleaning belts from most of transported materials (it is not recommended for removing biomass, gypsum, clay, loam, lignite, i.e. materials that strongly adhere to the belt).

Equipment characteristics (essential design features)

Spring tensioners with the bearing ensures that the entire spring force is transferred to the blade of the clearing bar and the dynamic press of the bar to the belt during the operation!
Covered spring tensioners.
The scraper made of the monolithic elastomeric plate.
The scraper’s dimensions ensure the optimal width of the clearing zone.
Easy-to-change cleaning bar.
Articulated joints enable the linear setting of the scraper to the belt.
Revolving joints precisely set the scraper at 90^ºto the belt (or other angles).
Telescopic arms that facilitate the adjustment of the scraper to the pulley substructure and that simplify the assembly process.
The universal mounting system that enables the scraper to be assembled quickly and firmly.
The steel structure is sand-blasted and powder painted (RAL colour) or hot-dip galvanized.
The scraper does not require any constant control (periodical controls conducted at the plant every 2-3 months).
